CPMS scopes out relevant trades, obtains quotations, seeks approval and monitors maintenance work on behalf of strata clients. Only certified and licensed contractors who have sufficient insurance and statutory coverages are used.

Our team of accountants prepare annual budgets, monthly and annual operating statements, collect monthly strata fees, make payments to vendors, manage the strata bank accounts and deal with requests for various forms.

Our strata managers participate and get involved in project planning requiring large capital outlays. These include roof replacement, carpet replacement, exterior and interior painting, elevator upgrades.

We facilitate council meetings, special and annual general meetings. In addition, we provide a 24 hour emergency service for where residents are able to report issues that require immediate action.
